These Terms govern your use of mailzy.us ("we", "us"), the website at mailzy.us, and any services we provide ("Services"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

mailzy.us is an authorized reseller of Google Workspace™. We provision Workspace mailboxes on your domains and provide a dashboard to manage them. We are not affiliated with Google LLC.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use mailzy.us for spam, phishing, fraud, illegal activity, or anything that violates Google's Workspace Acceptable Use Policy. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Payment & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Card payments via Stripe renew automatically. bKash payments are manual and require renewal before each cycle ends.

4. Refunds

No refunds are issued once payment is made except in the case of a verified technical fault on our side. See our Refund Policy.

5. Provisioning timeline

We aim to deliver mailboxes within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete onboarding form and verified payment. Delays caused by incorrect domain information or third-party issues are not grounds for a refund.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate domain and contact information.
• Maintain ownership and DNS control of your domains.
• Comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Keep your account credentials secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
