1. Who we are
mailzy.us ("mailzy", "we", "us") provides managed Google Workspace mailbox provisioning, lead-list scraping from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related add-on services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate signup information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login details private.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use mailzy.us to send spam, phishing, malware, or content that violates applicable laws. Details live in our Acceptable Use Policy. Repeated violations may result in suspension without refund.
4. Payments
Mailbox subscriptions are billed monthly at the flat rate listed on the pricing page. Lead lists and store items are billed at order time. We accept Stripe globally and bKash in Bangladesh.
5. Refunds
Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Third-party services
Mailboxes are provisioned on Google Workspace. Lead-list data is extracted from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your use of these underlying services is also subject to their own terms.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place our infrastructure at risk.
8. Liability
Services are provided "as is." Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in your dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
