These terms cover consultation bookings and course purchases on mailzy.us. They sit under the Terms of Service and should be read with the Disclaimer.
Consultations
- Sessions are booked through our scheduling link and held over video or WhatsApp.
- Rescheduling: free with at least 12 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email.
- No-show or late cancellation: the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded. Free intro sessions may be forfeited.
- Paid sessions are refundable in full if cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time, and not refundable after the session begins.
- If we need to reschedule, you choose a new slot or take a full refund.
- Sessions are advisory. Implementation, spend, and outcomes are yours.
- Recordings are only made with both parties' agreement.
Courses
- Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for one named individual to access the material.
- Team access requires a seat per person. Sharing logins, downloading and redistributing, or reposting material is a breach and ends access without refund.
- All course content, templates, and frameworks remain our intellectual property. You may use templates in your own campaigns; you may not resell or republish them.
- Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 25% of the material. By starting the course inside the 14-day window you agree that access begins immediately and that the statutory withdrawal right for digital content is waived to that extent.
- Access duration is stated at purchase. Where "lifetime" is used, it means the commercial lifetime of the product; we will give at least 90 days' notice and download access before retiring a course.
- We may update or restructure modules as tactics change.
Waitlists and pre-orders
Joining a waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. If a course is pre-sold and we cancel it before release, you receive a full refund.
Confidentiality
Anything you share in a paid consultation is treated as confidential and is not disclosed or used in public material without your permission. We may work with businesses that compete with yours; nothing here creates exclusivity.
Conduct
Abusive behaviour towards staff or other participants ends access immediately, without refund.
No guarantee
