How long does setup take?
Within 48 hours of finishing your order's setup. The order page shows each stage, and tells you if anything is taking longer.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add the domain and give us access to its DNS at your registrar, and we set up the records. Or buy a .com through us and we handle everything.
How many mailboxes should I put on one domain?
We recommend up to 3 per domain. Spreading mailboxes across domains keeps one problem from touching all of them.
Can I use these mailboxes with another sending tool?
Yes. They are standard Google Workspace mailboxes. You can also connect them to mailzy Outreach.
How do I pay?

How many mailboxes do I need?
Work back from the people you want to reach. At about 30 campaign emails a day, a mailbox sends around 600 a month on working days, and follow-ups come out of that too. The free mailbox calculator does the sum for you.
How many emails can one mailbox send a day?
We recommend about 30 campaign emails a day, plus warm-up. Google allows far more, but that limit is for normal business email, and cold email at that volume collects bad signals fast. To send more, add mailboxes.

Warm-up starts once they're built, and we recommend about 14 days before campaigns start. A mailbox shows as ready only when its domain passes, it has warmed up and its health is above 85.
Should I use my main domain?
No. Keep your main domain out of cold email so your everyday email stays safe, and send from separate domains close to your brand.
What happens if I stop paying?
The mailboxes are suspended when the paid period ends. Suspension is reversible: pay and they come back.
