What counts towards my plan?
A person counts once, the first time a campaign email actually reaches them. Their follow-ups don't count again, and neither do warm-up, Unibox replies or one-off emails.
How many mailboxes can I connect?
As many as you like, on every plan. Google Workspace, personal Gmail, or any provider over SMTP and IMAP.
What happens at my plan's limit?
First emails to new people stop and follow-ups carry on. Nothing is deleted or charged by itself. Upgrade, or add 1,000 more people for $10.
Is warm-up extra?
