The Store sells add-ons that are fulfilled by third parties or by administrative work on your behalf. These terms apply on top of the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
Our role
For Store items we act as a reseller or filing agent, not as the provider of the underlying service. The provider's own terms, pricing, policy changes, and account decisions govern the product itself. We are responsible for ordering, coordinating, and supporting your purchase - not for the provider's conduct.
USA LLC formation
- Included: state filing preparation and submission, registered-agent setup for the first term, EIN application assistance, and the formation documents returned by the state.
- Not included: legal advice, tax planning, bookkeeping, bank-account approval, annual reports after the first term, and state franchise taxes.
- You must supply accurate identity and address information. Filing with false information is your liability and can void the entity.
- State processing times vary and are outside our control.
- Bank accounts are never guaranteed. Approval rests entirely with the bank or fintech.
- Refundable until the state filing is submitted; after that, government fees are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator seats
- Seats are provisioned subject to availability and LinkedIn's terms.
- Sharing a seat, automating scraping through it, or using it in breach of LinkedIn's User Agreement can get the seat and your LinkedIn account restricted. That risk sits with you.
- We cannot restore, appeal, or refund a seat that LinkedIn suspends for account behaviour.
- Seats renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date; the current month is not refunded.
Pricing and taxes
Store prices are in USD and exclude any tax, duty, or government filing fee unless stated. Third-party prices can change with the provider's pricing; we will tell you before renewing at a new price.
Fulfilment and information you owe us
Delivery timelines start once you have given us everything the provider requires. Orders left incomplete for 60 days may be cancelled, with any non-recoverable third-party costs deducted.
