Referral Program Terms

These terms govern referral rewards offered through mailzy.us. Joining the program means you accept them and the Terms of Service.

Eligibility

• You need an active mailzy.us account in good standing.
• Referred customers must be new - no existing account, and not a returning account under a new email or company name.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family of mailzy.us are not eligible.
• You may not refer yourself, your own additional accounts, or accounts you control.

How a referral qualifies

• The referred customer signs up through your referral link or names you at signup.
• Attribution window: 30 days from first click. Last touch wins if multiple referrers are involved.
• The referral qualifies once the customer's first invoice is paid and clears the refund window without a chargeback.

Rewards and payout

• Reward amounts are shown on the Store page or in your dashboard at the time of referral and can change for future referrals.
• Rewards are issued as account credit by default. Cash payout, where offered, requires a minimum balance and a valid payout method.
• Payouts are processed monthly, after the qualification period.
• You are responsible for any tax on rewards you receive. We may request tax details before paying out.

Promotion rules

You may share your link on your own site, newsletter, or social profiles. You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages promoting the link.
• Bid on "mailzy", "mailzy.us", or confusingly similar terms in paid search.
• Register domains, social handles, or app listings that imply you are mailzy.us.
• Post the link to coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregator sites without written permission.
• Make claims about pricing, results, or features that we have not published.
• Use cookie stuffing, iframes, redirects, or any automated click generation.

Clawbacks

We may reverse a reward if the referred customer refunds, charges back, cancels within the refund window, or is found to be fraudulent or self-referred. Reversed rewards are deducted from your balance or invoiced if already paid.

Changes and termination

We can change reward amounts, pause, or end the program at any time. Referrals that already qualified before a change are honoured under the prior terms. We may remove any participant who breaches these rules and forfeit unpaid rewards.
