Acceptable Use Policy

mailzy.us provides infrastructure for legitimate outbound sales, recruiting, and business development. To keep the platform (and the underlying Google Workspace and scraping sources) healthy for everyone, the following uses are prohibited.

Prohibited content and sends

  • Unsolicited bulk mail that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or comparable law.
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of real brands or people.
  • Malware, ransomware, or links to malicious infrastructure.
  • Content promoting illegal goods, adult content, or hate/harassment.
  • Sending to purchased/rented lists that we did not deliver ourselves.

Deliverability hygiene

  • Warm up new mailboxes before high-volume sending.
  • Include a valid physical address and one-click unsubscribe in commercial email.
  • Honor unsubscribes and hard bounces promptly.

Lead-list use

Lists we deliver are for your internal outbound use only. Reselling or republishing our deliverables is not permitted.

Enforcement

Suspected violations may trigger investigation, temporary suspension, or termination without refund. When in doubt, ask hello@mailzy.us before you send.
