mailzy.us is built for legitimate cold outreach. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension without refund:

• Unsolicited bulk email that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or local law.
• Phishing, spoofing, malware delivery, or credential harvesting.
• Promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Adult content, gambling, or pharmaceuticals where prohibited.
• Buying or selling lists of personal data.
• Any activity that violates Google's Workspace AUP.

Best practices we expect

• Honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
• Use accurate "From" names and physical addresses.
• Warm up new mailboxes before scaling sends.
• Send to opted-in or properly verified business contacts.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. Reports of abuse can be sent to support@mailzy.us.
