Hi {{firstName | there}},

Congrats on {{trigger_event}}.

Teams usually [what tends to happen next, e.g. need to grow the sales team fast] after that, and [the problem] often shows up around then.

We help [the kind of company you help] with exactly that: [the outcome]. Worth a short chat while you're planning?

Follow-up 1
Hi {{firstName | there}}, one thing companies at this stage often find useful: [a quick tip]. Happy to share more.
Follow-up 2
Hi {{firstName | there}}, is [the area you help with] on your plate, or someone else's?
Follow-up 3
Hi {{firstName | there}}, I'll leave it here. Good luck with what's next.

How to use this template

  1. Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
  2. Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
  3. Send the follow-ups as replies in the same thread. We wait 3, 5 and 7 days between them.
  4. Check how it reads for real leads with the merge tag preview, and send it to yourself first.
  5. Test it on a few hundred people in one niche and judge it by replies, not opens.

Everything for cold email, in one place.
