Hi {{firstName | there}}, one detail I left out: {{standout_detail}}. Still happy to share more if the timing is right.Follow-up 2
Hi {{firstName | there}}, no worries if now isn't the time. Mind if I check back in a few months? How to use this template
- Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
- Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
- Send the follow-ups as replies in the same thread. We wait 3, 5 and 7 days between them.
- Check how it reads for real leads with the merge tag preview, and send it to yourself first.
- Test it on a few hundred people in one niche and judge it by replies, not opens.
