Hi {{firstName | there}},
{{personal_line}}
Teams at that stage usually find [the problem you solve] starts eating the week. We help [the kind of company you help] fix that: [a result for a similar client].

Hi {{firstName | there}}, one more thought on this. The quickest win we usually see is [a quick win]. Happy to send over how we did it for [a similar client] if useful.Follow-up 2
Hi {{firstName | there}}, I'll leave it here. If [the problem you solve] becomes a priority later, just reply and I'll pick it up.How to use this template
- Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
- Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
- Send the follow-ups as replies in the same thread. We wait 3, 5 and 7 days between them.
- Check how it reads for real leads with the merge tag preview, and send it to yourself first.
- Test it on a few hundred people in one niche and judge it by replies, not opens.
