{{sendingAccountFirstName}}Follow-up 1
Hi {{firstName | there}}, here's the resource: [link]. No pressure at all; just thought it could help your readers.Follow-up 2
Hi {{firstName | there}}, I'll leave it here. Thanks for the great page on {{page_topic}}.How to use this template
- Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
- Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
- Send the follow-ups as replies in the same thread. We wait 3, 5 and 7 days between them.
- Check how it reads for real leads with the merge tag preview, and send it to yourself first.
- Test it on a few hundred people in one niche and judge it by replies, not opens.
