Use {{accountSignature}} in your emails and each one ends with the sending mailbox's signature: the sender's name, then job title and company from your profile.
Your business address
US and Canadian law ask for a postal address in every sales email. Fill in your address in Settings, under Profile (street, city and country at least), and the automatic signature ends with it.
The mailbox panel, your profile page and the launch screen tell you when your emails would carry no address.
