- Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
- Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
