Hi {{firstName | there}},
I help [the kind of company you help] [the outcome you deliver]. For a company like {{companyName}}, the first conversation is usually about [one specific thing].
Would 15 minutes on [day] or [day] work? If it's not a fit, a quick no is completely fine.
{{sendingAccountFirstName}}Follow-up 1
Hi {{firstName | there}}, happy to keep it to 15 minutes and come with [something useful you'll bring, e.g. three ideas for their site]. Does next week suit?Follow-up 2
Hi {{firstName | there}}, if a call is too much right now, I can send a short written summary instead. Would that help?Follow-up 3
Hi {{firstName | there}}, I'll stop here. If the timing changes, reply any time and we'll find 15 minutes. How to use this template
- Replace every [bracketed] part with something true about you or the person you're writing to.
- Give every {{field}} beyond the standard ones (first name, company) its own column in your lead list, or a fallback after a bar. In mailzy, a lead whose field is empty and has no fallback waits instead of going out with a gap.
- Send the follow-ups as replies in the same thread. We wait 3, 5 and 7 days between them.
- Check how it reads for real leads with the merge tag preview, and send it to yourself first.
- Test it on a few hundred people in one niche and judge it by replies, not opens.
