Example of what it writes
Hi Sara, different angle: most agencies we talk to spend more time on reporting than on outreach itself. We cut that to an hour a week for one team. Would that matter at Northwind?

How to use this prompt

  1. Copy it into any AI tool, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  2. Replace each {{field}} with real details about you and the person you're writing to. The more specific they are, the less generic the result.
  3. Check every fact, name and number in what comes back: AI can sound sure about things that aren't true.
  4. Cut it down if it runs long. A cold email reads best under about 75 words.
  5. Send it to yourself and read it on your phone before anyone else sees it.
