Warm-up

Health score, Ready, and why a mailbox is held

What the health score means, when a mailbox is ready for campaigns, and what holds it back.

Health score

The share of a mailbox's warm-up emails that reached the inbox (promotions count as inbox) over the last 7 days. A mailbox with nothing measured yet shows no score rather than zero.

Ready for campaigns

A mailbox is Ready once it has warmed for at least 14 days and its health score is at or above the ready line. New mailboxes show as "Setting up" for their first days, while there's nothing yet to judge.

Why a mailbox is held

Warm-up pauses a mailbox by itself, with a note in the bell saying why, when:

  • its domain has no SPF or DMARC record (or no DKIM on a Google domain);
  • its domain is on a blocklist;
  • too many of its emails land in spam;
  • mailzy can't sign in to it.

It's released by itself once the problem is fixed. Check a domain's records with the free domain health checker.
