Warm-up sends a small, growing number of emails between real mailboxes, which open them, move them out of spam and reply, so a new mailbox builds a good sending reputation before campaigns.
Two networks
- Built-in (free): mailzy's own network. Anyone with an account can use it, with no plan or card, for any number of mailboxes. Every customer's mailboxes on built-in warm each other.
- Premium: a pool of aged Google and Microsoft mailboxes, included with a paid Outreach plan or a paid mailbox order.
Which one a mailbox uses
- A mailbox you bought from mailzy starts on premium.
- A mailbox you connected yourself starts on built-in.
- On a paid plan, you can move any mailbox either way from its panel. A mailbox is never warmed in both at once.
- During a free trial, warm-up is built-in only.
If a paid plan ends, premium mailboxes move back to built-in by themselves, and you get a note in the bell.
How long it takes
Warm-up starts small and grows each day. A mailbox is ready for campaigns after at least 14 days of warm-up with a good health score; see health and Ready. Keep warm-up running after campaigns start; it keeps the mailbox's reputation steady.
