Warm-up emails arrive in your mailbox like any other email. One filter keeps them out of your inbox.
Your sign-off names
Every warm-up email your mailboxes receive ends with one of your workspace's sign-off names: a few two-word names, a different one each time, with nothing special in the subject. You'll find them on the Warm-up page.
Add the filter
Create one filter in Gmail (or your mail app) that matches your sign-off names and skips the inbox, for example by applying a label and archiving. The Warm-up page has step-by-step guides. mailzy doesn't create folders in your mailbox.
What warm-up does in your mailbox
Only things to warm-up emails, each found by its own ID: sending them, and in the receiving mailbox finding, opening, marking as read, moving out of spam, marking as important and replying. Nothing else in your mailbox is read, moved or stored.
