Tuesday to Thursday mornings still do best. In mailzy each campaign has its own schedule and time zone, so run one campaign per region and set its window in their time.
Timing cold email.
What the result means, and how to fix what it finds.
Land at the top of the inbox
People check email first thing in the morning and after lunch. An email that arrives just before they look sits near the top; one that arrived at 3 am is buried under everything else. That's why the window is in their time, not yours.
Tuesday to Thursday
Mondays bring a full inbox, and Fridays wind down. Mid-week mornings get the most replies for most B2B audiences. It varies by industry, so once you have results, compare days in your own reports rather than following rules.
Summer time changes it
The US, Europe and Australia move their clocks on different dates, so the gap between you and them changes during the year. The planner uses each place's real clock today. Check again in March and October, when the clocks change.
One campaign per region
If you sell to several regions, run a separate campaign for each, with its own schedule in that region's time. A single campaign sending to New York and Sydney can't land in both mornings.
Spread sending through the window
Sending every email at the start of the window looks like a bulk blast. Good sending tools spread emails across the window, a few minutes apart from each mailbox, so they arrive steadily the way a person's email does. With 30 emails a day per mailbox and a three-hour window, that is about one every six minutes. Follow-ups should go out in the same window as the first email, so they also land in working hours. Keep the window the same each day: steady patterns look normal to filters and to the people reading your email. And if a region's window falls in your night, schedule it rather than staying up: the campaign sends on its own. Check the first day's sends to confirm they went out when you expected.

Questions before you start.
Ask us on the chat if yours isn't here. A real person answers.
What's the best time to send cold email?
Most B2B audiences reply most to emails that land between 8 and 11 am their time, Tuesday to Thursday. Test with your own audience.
Should I send on weekends?
Rarely. Weekend emails get buried by Monday morning.
Does sending time affect deliverability?
Not directly. Steady, spread-out sending does, which is why campaigns send gradually through the window.
