Value proposition lines

Five one-sentence ways to say what you do and why it matters, for a specific audience.

The prompt
We sell {{what_we_sell}} to {{audience}}. What makes us different: {{difference}}.

Write 5 different one-sentence value propositions. Each must:
- Name the audience or their situation.
- Say a concrete outcome, not a feature.
- Be under 20 words.
- Be something a competitor couldn't say word for word.

Number them, and after each add which angle it uses (time, money, risk, growth or ease).
Example of what it writes
1. Agencies get 20+ qualified meetings a month without hiring an SDR. (growth)
2. Your outreach runs from mailboxes we set up and warm, so you never touch DNS. (ease)

How to use this prompt

  1. Copy it into any AI tool, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  2. Replace each {{field}} with real details about you and the person you're writing to. The more specific they are, the less generic the result.
  3. Check every fact, name and number in what comes back: AI can sound sure about things that aren't true.
  4. Cut it down if it runs long. A cold email reads best under about 75 words.
  5. Send it to yourself and read it on your phone before anyone else sees it.
