Your plan counts new people: a person counts once, the first time a campaign email actually reaches them.
What doesn't count
- Follow-ups to someone already contacted.
- Warm-up emails.
- Replies you send from Unibox.
- One-off emails.
When you reach a limit
First emails to new people stop. Follow-ups to people already contacted carry on, so no conversation is cut off halfway. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged by itself.
To carry on, upgrade your plan, or buy extra people: 1,000 more for $10. Extra people never expire.
