Download your data
In Settings, press Download for a ZIP of CSV files with your profile, orders, mailboxes, support tickets, referrals and activity records.
Delete your account
In Settings, under Delete account, press Request account deletion and tell us why if you like. Closing your account stops all warm-up, suspends mailboxes within 24 hours, and queues a full data wipe within 30 days. We email you before any data is removed.
While the request is pending you can Cancel request. Once it's processed, it can't be undone.
Some records are kept after deletion, such as payment records required for accounting; the privacy policy explains what and for how long.
