Which domains can I buy?
Standard .com domains. Premium names aren't sold.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Add it when you order mailboxes and give us access to its DNS.
How do renewals work?
We remind you before the domain's year ends. Renew by card or bKash, and the new year starts from the old end date.
How many domains do I need?
One for every 3 mailboxes. If a domain runs into trouble, only those three mailboxes are affected and the rest of your sending carries on.
What should I name a sending domain?
Something close to your brand, like your name with get or try in front, pointing to your main site. Avoid hyphens and numbers.
Why not send from my main domain?
Because a bad reputation would then reach your everyday email. A sending domain can be replaced. Your main one can't.
