Refund Policy

Summary: No refunds are issued once payment is made, except in cases of verified technical fault on our side. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Why no refunds?

Once payment is received, we immediately reserve Google Workspace capacity, allocate provisioning hours, and incur non-recoverable costs on your behalf. For this reason, payments are non-refundable.

Verified technical fault — the one exception

If we cannot deliver your mailboxes due to a technical fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund for the affected mailboxes. This does not cover:

  • Domain or DNS issues you control.
  • Your account being suspended for spam or abuse.
  • Outages or policy changes by Google Workspace.
  • Change of mind, business pivot, or "I don't need them anymore".

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@mailzy.us within 7 days of the issue. Include your order ID and a clear description.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining time.
